20 Dollar Chef - Stoner Food With Andrew Zimmern

This was a big episode of the 20 Dollar Chef for me. I’m a huge fan of Andrew Zimmern and his work. The man behind 12 seasons of “Bizarre Foods.” has now produced a wonderful book! “AZ and The Lost City of Ophir!” He watched a few of my episodes and decided a nice stoner recipe was in order. Rightfully so! We make a nice Fried chicken and tater tots with a sweet chili glaze. It was an honor to cook with another badass!
